Trevor Hunt - Owner
Trevor originally founded Riverview’s sister company in 1992 having worked in the plumbing and heating industry from when he left school. The company grew and Riverview was founded in 2002 to divide up the company’s contract and retail business.
Trevor proudly ran the business up until he officially retired in 2021. He now enjoys coming into the office, as and when he pleases. He loves to play golf and can often be found wining and dining clients on and off the golf course. He is a devoted husband, father and incredibly proud grandfather.

Laura Dewhirst - Managing Director
Laura has been with the group for over twenty years and has been instrumental in its growth to be one of the largest independent retailers in the county.
Laura took over as Managing Director, in 2021 and is incredibly proud to steer the company having been taught by the very best!
Laura loves nothing more than spending time with her family. With a love of good food and fine wine, her perfect days are spent around a table with her family

Ollie Cunnington - CAD Designer & IT Technician
Ollie has worked for the group for over seven years, joining us after he completed his degree at Lincoln University.
Ollie is our in house CAD designer and manages our IT systems, meaning he can often be found telling his colleagues to ‘’turn it off and on again’’. Ollie is a integral part of our team and helps to ensure that all departments varying software run as efficiently as possible . Ollie always enjoys rising to a challenge and finding solutions to staff and client issues.
Outside of working hours Ollie enjoys spending time at the gym, and has a real passion for eating well and improving his knowledge on overall body fitness. -
Clare Tooke - Showroom Sales Director
Clare has been with us almost from the very start, working her way up through the ranks and gaining years of invaluable training from our chairman Trevor Hunt. Clare is our company Sales Director and heads up the showroom sales team. Despite her many years of experience Clare will proudly tell you she is still learning, as the products on the market change and this is largely why she loves her job and the industry so much. Her speciality is Bathroom Design, and her keen eye for sourcing new products means we always have the latest trends on display in our extensive showroom covering two floors.
When Clare is not at work, she shares a love of cars and vintage Americana with her partner and her love of planning has seen them travel across America on many great road trips - maybe this has also inspired her love of Dolly Parton and Elvis! -
Debby Waite - Showroom Sales
Debby has been designing Kitchens for nearly thirty years, and her love of design and attention to detail are what sets her apart. With a real pride for listening to what client’s needs are Debby will plan, design and manage the installation so the Kitchen of your dreams goes from design to reality. Although Debby specialises in Kitchen design, she is well versed in all of our Kitchen and Bathroom products and will happily assist you during your showroom visit in any way she can.
Debby is a real host and loves to party plan, her Eurovision parties are legendary amongst her friends. When she is not hosting parties or family gatherings, Debby loves to spend time at home in her garden with her husband and her four cats Leo, Tom, Jett and Poppy.

Mike Dowson - Sales
Mike joined our sales team in 2019 having worked for many years within the industry ‘up north’ He bought with him a wealth of knowledge on Bathroom Design. Mike has a real eye for detail and planning. Specialising in Bathrooms but well versed in all Kitchens and Bathrooms on display he is happy to assist any clients, with any project, no matter how small or big.
Outside of work Mike has a love of all things retro (he’s a mod at heart) and can often be found at car boot sales scouring the stalls for bargains to add to his Lego and vinyl collections. He is a keen gardener from grow your own, to dahlias and roses. Mike is a great baker and at Christmas time we all enjoy a slice of his boozy Christmas cake.
The Plumbing Counter Team

Edd Ward - Trade & Warehouse Director
Eddie is a true fixture and fitting of the Quay Centre plumbing counter. Having started here way back in the 90’s as a delivery driver and working his way up through the ranks to a company Director, Eddie now heads up this busy department.
With extensive knowledge and a habit of storing spares he is often found getting people out of trouble with ‘something he has found out the back’ Put simply nothing is too much trouble for Eddie and he will help his customers out with the smallest washer to a complete renewable heating system.
With a love of Americana, and all things that have an engine he can often be found at car shows and swap meets. Amongst the team (and our lucky clients) Eddie is known for his one liners and snappy come backs which he dispenses free alongside his great plumbing advice. -
Josh Crawford - Plumbing Counter Sales
Josh joined our team four years ago and during that time has acquired many new skills including understanding many aspects of the plumbing & heating trade, bathroom design and new renewable heating options. With a varied role within the plumbing counter, it’s true to say Josh is at his happiest when he is customer facing. Be it with a trade customer who knows exactly what they need or a customer who needs a little more guidance on what is right for them.
Out of work he has a love of Clay shooting, gaming and playing guitar. There is video evidence of him serenading his dog Casper should you be lucky enough to see it. -
Liam Newman - Plumbing Counter
Liam is the newest member of our team, but with two years plumbing trade counter experience he is well versed to assist our valued customers.
With a keen interest in Ice hockey –watching not playing, and a keen fan of his beloved team Tottenham Hotspur he’s also always happy (or maybe not always) to discuss a little bit about the football results!
With a love of travel and family, in particular his brother, Liam is a true young gentleman. He can always find a smile and brightens up our customer’s day.
The Admin & Accounts Team

Macey Bird - Accounts Assistant
Macey is our Accounts Assistant who provides administrative and accounts support for our Managing Director Laura.
Her duties include sending and paying invoices, reconciling company accounts and maintaining customer records. She also assists with basic administration tasks and is on hand to answer any queries raised by staff or external clients or suppliers.
Macey is also partial to a discussion on holidays abroad, Cockapoos and the latest series of love island. When she is not at work Macey is at her happiest at home with her family snuggled up on the sofa. -
Amy Padget - Accounts & Admin Assistant
Amy is our Accounts and Administrative Assistant who provides administrative and accounts support for our Managing Director Laura.
Her duties include sending and paying invoices, reconciling company accounts and maintaining customer records. She also assists with basic administration tasks and is on hand to answer any queries raised by staff or external clients or suppliers.
Outside of work Amy is a proud mother to her daughter, and is a keen organiser. Her days are always jam packed with family activities and trips out with her friends and family. -
Loulabelle Gooch - Accounts Assistant
Loulabelle is our Accounts Assistant who provides administrative, and accounts support for our Managing Director Laura.
Her duties include sending and paying invoices, reconciling company accounts, and maintaining customer records. She also assists with basic administration tasks and is on hand to answer any queries raised by staff or external clients or suppliers.
Loulabelle is currently doing her level 2 Accounts and Finance Assistant Apprenticeship, which is helping her to develop her knowledge and skill within her job

Lauren Buckenham - Customer Service Manager
Lauren joined us in 2021 having worked at management level in the hospitality industry for many years. Lauren heads up our customer care department and works alongside our Site Supervisor to ensure our projects run as smoothly as possible.
Laurens key concern for our customer service department is ‘Care’ making sure first and foremost that our customers are looked after and supported in the best way. A true problem solver, Lauren has a real eye for detail and scheduling and is always on hand to offer great customer service.
Laurens real passion is travel, and her eye for detail and scheduling means she always has her next trip planned, down to the last detail of the best restaurants in the local area. Her love of travel has seen her visit endless countries including Thailand, Japan, Australia and much of Europe, enjoying local delicacies and a few cocktails along the way! -
Adam Towler - Site Supervisor
Adam joined the group in 2011 and learnt his trade as a Kitchen fitter from the very best, our much loved Paul Spriggs.
Working alongside Paul and then independently as a Kitchen fitter Adam downed tools and joined Riverview as our Site Supervisor in 2021.
Adam spends his days visiting our current sites and projects, liaising with Site Agents, Buyers and our own installation teams, ensuring that our installations run smoothly and to schedule. Adam loves working within the construction industry as it presents a new challenge every day – meaning he can use his skills to problem solve.
Outside of work Adams love of cars, in particular VW’s means he is often at various car shows, with his girlfriend. -
Edward Chapman - Maintenance & Customer Care
Edward works closely alongside Lauren our customer care Manager and is on hand to ensure all of our clients customer care and maintenance issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
Outside of work Edward loves to spend time with his family including his little dog Hera. He can often be found at the gym in the early mornings working through his exercise regime with a big smile on his face. -
Caroline Reeder
If we have sold it Caroline has been in charge of ordering it!
Caroline joined the group over twenty years ago and has worked in various departments, including sales, admin and warehousing.
Caroline’s main role is to ensure our core products are replenished and kitchen orders are processed to meet with client schedules. Liaising closely with our sales, logistics and installation teams to make sure to give our customers the best possible service.
Caroline faced the many challenges that Covid presented with real strength and her expertise at sourcing product in challenging times have been unwavering.
Outside of work Caroline enjoys travelling across Europe with her partner, watching YouTube videos from travel bloggers and trips to the theatre. Her favourite show being the Phantom of the Opera which she has seen six times.Caroline’s travel wish list is never ending and the office enjoys hearing where she is travelling to next.
